Certified copies of death, marriage, adoption and birth certificates can be ordered online from the Registrar General’s Department of Trinidad and Tobago.

The Name Search Facility is a service which allows the public to search for information on Trinidad and Tobago companies and businesses registered with the Companies Registry of the Registrar General's Department.

Requests Copies and Certificates of Corporate documents filed with the Registrar General's Department in Trinidad and Tobago, including Certificates of Incorporation and Certificates of Good Standing

A Certificate of Character is an official document issued by the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service which states whether a person has any previous convictions recorded against them. Certificates are available to Trinidad and Tobago nationals and non-nationals who previously lived in Trinidad and Tobago.

Applications from abroad can be submitted by mail and will need to include a set of fingerprints taken by the police service in the country where they reside.
