Apostille Education Certificates

Authenticate Indian degree certificates and academic diplomas for use abroad

Legalize Indian university degree certificates - apostille service

Indian University degrees, course transcripts and other academic certificates can be authenticated for submission to authorities abroad with an Apostille Stamp from the Ministry of External Affairs in Delhi.

Before being presented to the Ministry of External Affairs, degree certificates are verified and certified by a notary public and attested by the Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM), New Delhi. An Apostille Stamp can be affixed to the original certificate or to a certified copy.

Documents needed for countries that have not acceded to the Apostille Convention (e.g. United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Taiwan, Qatar) require additional attestation by the recipient embassy in New Delhi.

Isarey works with local notaries in India to authenticate university degrees and other academic certificates at the Ministry of External Affairs. We provide Indian Apostilles for degrees required for submission to countries such as Germany, the Netherlands, China and Saudi Arabia, as well as attestation of certificates at all major embassies in Delhi, including Vietnam, the UAE, Qatar and Kuwait.

We manage each process individually from start to finish, ensuring that all documents are processed quickly and successfully. We can arrange collection of original diplomas from most countries by insured courier, and we deliver worldwide. We also arrange certified translations of Indian documents into all major languages, including Spanish, German, Italian and Portuguese.

Procedure to Apostille Indian Education Certificates

To obtain an Apostille Stamp on an Indian University Degree, the original diploma must be submitted to a Notary Public. The notary can certify the original diploma or make a certified true copy, which can then be submitted to the Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM) and then the Ministry of External Affaitrs for an Apostille Stamp.

The Apostille process takes 3 - 5 working days.

Diplomas required for submission to the authorities of countries which are not members of the Apostille Convention, such as Qatar, United Arab Emirates and Vietnam, will require further legalization by the respective embassy.
